What should I See? It's possible to win in such a way that others can win too!
What should I Do? 1. Balance courage and consideration. 2. Make deposits in the Emotional Bank Account.
What will I Get? More "wins" in life and better relationships.
Describe the Win-Lose perspective. 1.High on courage, low on consideration. 2.Trying to always get ahead of others/be better than other people. 3.You can't win unless another person loses.
Describe the Lose-Win perspective. 1.Low on courage, high on consideration 2.Saying yes too fast 3.Getting easily taken advantage of, 4.Bury feelings, 5.Victim mentality 6.Always looking for sympathy

Define consideration. 1.The act of careful thought;meditation;deliberation 2.Thoughtful or sympathetic regard or respect;thoughtfulness of others.
Define courage. The quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger, pain, etc.,without fear;bravery.

What did the Dalai Lama say about happiness? "If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion."

What are the rules for making a deposit? 1.A deposit is only a deposit if the other person sees it as a deposit. 2.It can take one or more deposits to make up for one withdrawal.
