Ranitidine Zantac - Histamine H2 receptor antagonist, inhibits stomach acid production,. Use in peptic ulcer disease(PUD) treatment.
Famotidine Pepcid - Same as Ranitidine
Nizatidine Axid- - Treatment and prevention of duodenal and gastric ulcers and heartburns.
Misoprostol Cytotec - Prevention of non steroidal and anti inflammatory induced gastric ulcers for early abortion, inhibit gastric secretion.
Esomeprazole Nexium - PPI inhibitor, treatment for dyspepsia and PUD
Lansoprazole Prevacid - PPI inhibitor, treatment for gastric and duodenal ulcers, GERD
Pantoprazole Pantoloc - PPI inhibitor, short treatment of erosion and ulceration of esophagus caused by GERD
Rabeprazole Pariet - same as pantoprazole
Pinaverium Dicetel - Gastrointestinal calcium antagonist. Treat IBS(Irritable bowel syndrome)
Omeprazole Losec - same as esomeprazole
Tegaserod Zelnorm - Treatment for IBS
Trimebutine Modulon - lower intestinal tract motility
Loperamide Imodium - Effective treatment against diarrhea
Ondansetron Zofran - Serotonis 5=HT# reeceptor antagonist, antiemetic to treatment of nausea and vomiting following chemotherapy
Nabilone Cesamet - Synthetic cannabinoid use as an antiemetic for neurophatic pain
Alendronate Fosamax - Used to treat osteoporosis in women after menopause
Risendronate Actonel - Used to treat Pagets Disease fo bone(osteitisdeformans) abd prrevention of osteoporosis
Raloxifene Evista - Selective estrogen receptor modulator. Prevention of osteoporosis.
Orlistat Xenical - Treat obesity, preventing absorption of fat in human diet
Sibutramine Meridia - treat obesity as an appetite suppressants
