information facts about a subject, person, thing, or idea
rhyme words that end with the same sound
character a person, animal, or subject in a story
lowercase another name for small letters (not capital letters)
root word a word or main part of a word that does not have prefixes or suffixes
table of contents a list at the beginning of a book that shows where to find the different parts of the book
topic the thing or person that is being written about or talked about
capital another name for uppercase
noun person, place, thing, animal or idea
plural more than one of something
