Win-Lose High on Courage and low on Consideration. Always trying to get ahead of people to be better. Ex. I don't need to outrun the bear, just need to outrun you
Lose-Win Low on courage and high on Consideration. Always trying to help others and not sticking up for yourself. Ex.) Boyfriend always gets his way
Lose-Lose Low on Courage and consideration. Always trying to get back at people. Envy, Revenge, criticize. Ex.) If I cant have Justin, Stephanie can't have him either.
Win-Win Ready to win, or no deal. Balance of Courage and consideration. Ex.) Letting the runner finish first because of the wrong turn
Emotional Deposits 1. Do acts of Kindness 2. Keep Promises 3. Keep Confidences 4. Be loyal in the absent 5. Set clear expectations 6. Apologize 7. Forgive
Rules for making Deposits 1. A deposit is only a deposit if the other person sees it as a Deposit 2. It can take one or more deposits to make up for one withdrawl
Withdrawl Negative deposit i.e.) Broken Promise, being rude, being too cocky
