Prioritize determine the order for dealing with (a series of items or tasks) according to their relative importance.
Relationships a state of affairs existing between those having shared dealings

Tips a small sum of money given for a service in addition to the service fee.
Commission a fee paid to an agent or employee for taking care of a piece of business
