Drugs for the nervous system

| Acetylcholine(AChl) | Used in the parasymphatheryc nervous neervous system. Act on receptors in smooth muscle to control bloood pressure and digesstion, in cardiac muscle to coontrol heart rate, and in exocrine glands. |
| Dopamine(DA) | Used primarily in the CNS to control mood and coordinate movement. |
| Epinephrine | Used in the sympathetic nervous system. Acts on the the receptors to regulate regulate cardiac function and bronchodilation. Also called adrenaline. |
| GABA(gamma-aminobutobyuric acid) | Used in the brain to regulate signal delivery. |
| Norepinephhrine | Used in the CNS and the sympathetic nervous system. In the brain, involved,mood and emotions. In the periphery, acts on receptors to control blood pressure, cardiac function, and digestion |
