TermDefinition
SRO Senior Responsible Owner. The single individual with overall responsibility for ensuring that a project or programme meets its objectives and delivers the projected benefits.

Business Change Manager BCM. The role responsible for benefits management, from identification through to realisation, and for ensuring that the implementation and embedding of the new capabilities are delivered by the projects. There is often more than one BCM.
