Discussion Board Creating Online Flash Cards

TermDefinition
Subjective It is subject to how a patient experiences and personally describes his or her problem as well as personal and family medical histories.
Objective Comprise the patient's physical exam, and laboratory findings, and imaging studies performed at the visit.
Assessment This could be a diagnosis, an identification of a problem, or a list of possibilities fo the diagnosis, which is known as the differential diagnosis.
Plan A corse of action that consist of his or her assessment this could also include their treatment with medicine or a procedure.
