deduce (V) to use the knowledge and information you have in order to understand something or form an opinion about it
niche (N) finding a job or activity that is very suitable for you
novel (Adj) not like anything known before, and unusual or interesting
obsolete (Adj) no longer useful, because something newer and better has been invented
retain (V) to keep something or continue to have something
theme (N) the main subject or idea in a piece of writing, speech, film etc
unconventional (Adj) very different from the way people usually behave, think, dress etc
prophecy (N) a statement that something will happen in the future,
gratuitous (Adj said or done without a good reason, in a way that offends someone
forecast (N) a description of what is likely to happen in the future, based on the information that you have now
troubleshooters (N) an independent person who is employed to come into an organization to deal with serious problems
humanoid (Adj) having a human shape and human qualities
flourishing (Adj) very successful and making a profit, doing very well
craftsman (N) someone who is very skilled at a particular craft
hyperbole (N) a way of describing something by saying it is much bigger, smaller, worse etc than it actually is (exaggeration)
counterpart (N) someone or something that has the same job or purpose as someone or something else in a different place
inject (V) to provide or add more money, equipment etc for something
android (N) a robot that looks completely human
interventions (N) the act of becoming involved in a situation in order to help deal with a problem
stifle (V) to stop something from happening or developing
complacent (Adj) pleased with a situation, especially something you have achieved, so that you stop trying to improve or change things
hindsight (N) the ability to understand a situation only after it has happened
