| Hierarchy | A system or organization in which people or groups are ranked one above the other according to status or authority. |
| Initiative/self-motivation | Able to act on initiative, identify opportunities & proactive in putting forward ideas & solutions. |
| Leadership | The action of leading a group of people or an organization with the ability to motivate and direct others. |
| Oral / Written communication | The ability to express your ideas clearly and confidently in speech and writing |
| Organizational Chart | A graphic representation of the structure of an organization or business, showing the relationships of the positions or jobs within it. |
| Punctuality | The act or quality of being on time. |
| Teamwork | Working effectively within a group to achieve a common goal |
| Time Management | Manages time effectively, prioritizing tasks and able to work to deadlines. |
| Work Ethics | A belief in a set of values centered on the importance of doing work and reflected especially in a desire or determination to work hard. |
| Cultural Awareness | The ability and willingness to objectively examine the values, beliefs, traditions and perceptions within our own and other cultures. |
