aspire (V) to desire and work towards achieving something important
collaboration (N) when you work together with another person or group to achieve something, especially in science or art
donate (V) to give something, especially money, to a person or an organization in order to help them
endorse (V) to express formal support or approval for someone or something
found (V) to start something such as an organization, company, school, or city, often by providing the necessary money
fulfill (V) to do or provide what is necessary or needed
mirror (V) to be very similar to another thing and seem to copy or represent it
stereotype (N) a belief or idea of what a particular type of person or thing is like - it is often unfair or untrue
take on (V) to agree to do some work or to be responsible for something
volunteer (N) someone who does a job willingly without being paid
tidy (ADJ) neatly arranged with everything in the right place
slum (N) a house or an area of a city that is in very bad condition, where very poor people live
empowerment (N) when workers in a company are given more responsibility by being allowed to organize their own work, make decisions without asking their managers etc
insight (N) a sudden clear understanding of something or part of something, especially a complicated situation or idea
initiative (N) an important new plan or process to achieve a particular aim or to solve a particular problem
inclusion (N) the act of including someone or something in a larger group or set, or the fact of being included in one
sector (N) a part of an area of activity, especially of business, trade etc
equivalent (N) something that has the same value, purpose, job etc as something else
underestimate (V) to think or guess that something is smaller, cheaper, easier etc than it really is
fabulous (ADJ) extremely good or impressive
