acquire | (V) to obtain something by buying it or being given it |
authority | (N) the power you have because of your official position |
consult | (V) to look for information in a book, map, list etc |
encounter | (V) to experience something, especially problems or opposition |
innately | (ADV) in a way that is inside of a person because he/she was born with that quality or ability |
obsessed with | (ADJ) thinking or worrying about something or someone all the time and you cannot think about anything else |
prospect | (N) the possibility that something will happen |
solely | (ADV) not involving anything or anyone else, only |
variant | (N) something that is slightly different from the usual form of something |
visionary | (N) someone who has clear ideas and strong feelings about the way something should be in the future |
sketch | (V) to draw or describe something in a general way, giving the basic ideas |
navigate | (V) to find which way you need to go when you are travelling from one place to another |
madness | (N) very stupid behavior that could be dangerous or have a very bad effect |
intrigued | (ADJ) very interested in something because it seems strange or mysterious |
indescribably | (ADV) done in a way that is so terrible, so good, so strange etc that you cannot describe it, or it is too difficult to describe |
