acquire (V) to obtain something by buying it or being given it
authority (N) the power you have because of your official position
consult (V) to look for information in a book, map, list etc
encounter (V) to experience something, especially problems or opposition
innately (ADV) in a way that is inside of a person because he/she was born with that quality or ability
obsessed with (ADJ) thinking or worrying about something or someone all the time and you cannot think about anything else
prospect (N) the possibility that something will happen
solely (ADV) not involving anything or anyone else, only
variant (N) something that is slightly different from the usual form of something
visionary (N) someone who has clear ideas and strong feelings about the way something should be in the future
sketch (V) to draw or describe something in a general way, giving the basic ideas
navigate (V) to find which way you need to go when you are travelling from one place to another
madness (N) very stupid behavior that could be dangerous or have a very bad effect
intrigued (ADJ) very interested in something because it seems strange or mysterious
indescribably (ADV) done in a way that is so terrible, so good, so strange etc that you cannot describe it, or it is too difficult to describe
wisps (N) small thin lines of something that rise upwards
innovation (N) a new idea, method, or invention
esoteric (ADJ) known and understood by only a few people who have special knowledge about something
prism (N) a transparent block of glass that breaks up white light into different colors
crescent (N) a curved shape that is wider in the middle and pointed at the ends
