Nexium : Generic name: esomeprazole (ee so MEP ra zol) Brand names: Nexium Decreases the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Used to treat GERD, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Promotes healing of ersive esophagitis.
Plavix: Generic : clopidogrel (kloh PID oh grel) Brand name: Plavix Prevents the platelets in your blood from coagulating to prevent unwanted blood clots that can occur with certain heart or blood vessel conditions(after heart attacks or strokes)
Advair Generic : fluticasone and salmeterol (floo tik a sone) (sal ME te rol)Brand name: Advair Diskus, Advair HFA Used to prevent asthma attacks, prevent flare-ups of COPD associated with chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Fluticasone is a steroid and Salmeterol is a bronchodilator.
