TermDefinition
Leader A person who holds high power over others but also have the keys to hold it as well.
Leadership the word used to describe what it takes to be a leader
Power Have the say so against someone or something
Position Power power by a person’s position
Reward Power the limit u could work out something in a person’s position
Expert Power give others the knowledge that you know due to your position.
Identity Power ability to influence others based on their identity with the person
Leadership Style the manner and approach of providing direction, implementing plans, and motivating people to accomplish a task
Initiative the word used for doing something that other may not do
Human Relations human that compare to one another
Integrity a word used for a person who works hard and had a mind set for something
Autocratic Leadership one person controls all the decisions and takes very little inputs from other group members
Democratic Leadership a person who makes decisions with a whole group
Free-rein Leadership a person who has to prove them self to others
Delegate entrust a task or responsibility to another person, typically one who is less senior than oneself
Self-managed teams a group of people who make decions without using regulations on a day to day base.
Open Leader having the confidence and humility to give up the need to be in control while inspiring commitment from people to accomplish goals
Situational Leader a leader who might change their mind set depending on the situation.
