compensate To make up for; to pay in exchange for work.
considerate Considerate toward others; polite.
dedicate 1. To set aside for a certain purpose. 2. To offer something (like a piece of music, an award, or a book) to a certain person or cause.
kin A person’s relatives.
luxurious Providing ease and comfort far beyond what is necessary.
major Great in size, number, or importance. A rank in the military.
minor Small, unimportant. Someone who is not legally an adult.
obsolete No longer in wide use because it is out of date.
pardon To forgive.
seldom Not often; rarely.
