what must be done if the pt. is lying on the affected side to ensure the proper anatomy is seen? elevate pt. 2-3"
TOF should lay where? 1.5 - 2" beyond the shoulders

CR entry for a decub CXR: horizontal and perpendicular to the grid, 3" below the jugular notch at the MSP. or T7 if PA
eval criteria for decub CXR: no rotation, entire affected side seen, arms out of anatomy, proper marking for a decubitus
