most common adverse reaction- urticaria, pruritis angioedma (blank) 3rd generation - cefoxitin & ceftazidime coadminstration with milk, antacids, iron salts may decrease oral absoprtion of --CI preganant /lactating women and pediatric patients tx of gram negative (blank) (blank)
