| Inquirers | They develop their natural curiosity by learning to ask questions and to seek answers. |
| Knowledgeable | They develop understanding across a broad and balanced range of significant subjects. |
| Thinkers | They consider problems critically and creatively and do not shy away from challenging questions. |
| Communicators | They understand and express ideas and information confidently and creatively in more than one language. |
| Principled | They act with honesty, fairness, and respect for others. They take responsibility for their own actions. |
| Open-minded | They understand and appreciate the cultures and histories of individuals and societies different than one's own. |
| Caring | They show compassion and respect towards the needs and feelings of others to make a positive difference. |
| Risk-takers | They approach unfamiliar situations and uncertainty with the courage to explore new roles and strategies. |
| Balanced | They participate in a wide range of activities to achieve intellectual, physical and emotional harmony. |
| Reflective | They consider their strengths and limitations in order to support their learning and development. |
