Term | Definition |

High Tetraplegia (C1-C4) | Dependent bed mobility, wheel chair, transfers, ROM/positioning, feeding, grooming, dressing, bathing and restroom; can give verbal direction |
High Tetraplegia (C1-C5) | Mod to Max assist of Bed mobility, transfers, modified independent mechanically, wheel chair and grooming; modified min assist for feeding; dependent for WC management, ROM/positioning; dressing, bathing and restroom |
Mid Level Tetriplegia (C6) | Min-mod assist with mechanical help in bed mobility, sliding board transfers, weight shifts, WC management, WC mobility except curbs, ROM/positioning, feeding, grooming, dressing, bathing and restroom; max assist for curb WC management & complex transfers |
Low Tetraplegia (C7-C8) | Independent/MI with bed mobility, slide board transfers, weight shifts, some WC mobility, feeding, most grooming, dressing and bathing; min-max assist for complex transfers, some WC mobility, ROM/positioning, dressing and restroom |
