Which tests need to be filled to the top? Citrate, Geliatin, and VP
What color are positive and negative glucose tests? Positive yellow, Negative blue
What additional tests are performed to clarify ambiguous test results? NO2, N2, OF-Dextrose, McConkey, Mobility, Oxidase
In which cupule is the nitrate test performed in? The glucose cupule
When are additional tests performed? When glucose is negative, or when glucose is negative and less than three tests are negative
