Debt Financing funds raised through various forms of borrowing that must be repaid (e.g. trade credit, bank loan, issuing bonds)
Equity Financing money raised from within the firm, from operations or through the sale of ownership of the firm (e.g. reinvested earnings, sale of assets, issue of new shares)
Liquidty Ratios measure the ability to turn assets into cash to pay short-term debts
