| Echinacea | 9 species in US and South Canada. Used in Echinacea purpura most potent. Tx: colds, flu7, other infections. Stimulates immune system. Above ground parts and roots are used. fresh or dried teas, squeeze3d juices, extracts. X al. daisy family. |
| Feverfew | Balkan Mts of eastern europe. short bush with daisy like flowers. Europe, SA, NA. Tx: stomach aches, toothaches, insect bites, infertility, problems with menstruation, migraine hx and RA. Use dried leaves mostly, sometimes roots and stems. |
