Head expanded end of a long bone (ex. Humeral head)
Line less prominent ridge than crest (ex. Intertrochanteric line of the femour)
Malleolus club shaped process (ex. Medial Malleolus of tibia)
Spine sharp process (ex. Scapular spine)
