| Chamomile | looks like weed flower. Two types used for health condition.1. German, 2. Roman. |

| Warnings of Asian Ginseng. | Lower Blood glucose. do not use if diabetic. therefore people with diabites use extra caution with asian ginseng, especially taking other meds....like Betermelon/ Fenugreek. both of these medicines lower Blood glucose. |
| Goldenseal. | this plant grows in USA. and its acually endangered, because of over harvessting. so now we have green houses and farms commercially growing in USA. in Blue Ridge Mnts. |
