Accredited Describes an authorized educational institution
Adverse Reaction a harmful and undesired effect resulting from a medication
Chemotherapeutic A drug used in chemotherapy treatment
Compounding Mixing or combining ingrediants
congestion Excessive fluid and swelling in the sinuses
Decongestant A medicine that helps lesson congestion
Dosage The size and frequency of a dose, or suggested intake, of medicine
Drug compliance The degree to which a patient correctly follows medical advice
Efficacy Ability to produce a desired or intended result
Expectorant A medicine Promoting the opening of air passages, such as in the lungs
HIPPA The health insurance portability and accountability act of 1996, designed to maintain the privacy and security of peoples health information
Investigation Product A pharmaceutical product that has been recalled
Pharmacology The branch of medicine concerned with the uses, effects, and modes of drugs
Radio-pharmaceutical A radioactive compound used for diagnosing medical conditions
Transcriptionist A person who turns oral medicine reports into written notes
