Solifenacin selective M3 blocker tx of over active bladder
Tiotropium M antagonist like ipratropium but causes greater bronchodilation to treat COPD
Tolterodine anti M tx of overactive bladder
Trimethaphan N receptor antagonist (causes ganglia block) tx of HTN crisis in pts with acute aortic dissection
Tubocurarine long acting N antagonist (prefers Nm); reversed by AchE inhibitor induction of neuromuscular blockade in surgery; intubation
pyridostigmine ache inhibitor orthostatic HTN, mysthenia gravis
Bethanechol selective M3 agonist (not susceptible to AchE) promote GI and bladder motility
