What is High Stakes Testing? | Any test used to make important decisions about students, educators, schools, or districts, most commonly for the purpose of accountability |

What is peer coaching? | A process when two or more colleagues work together to reflect on current practices, refine skills, share ideas, and teach one another. |
What are some challenges of teaching tech savvy students? | Students having more knowledge about the technology being used than the teacher. |
What are Chater schools? | A publicly funded independent school established by teachers, parents, or community groups under the terms of a charter with a local or national authority. |
What is alternative certification? | Alternative teacher certification is a process by which a person is awarded a teaching license even though that person has not completed a traditional teacher certification program. |
What types of technology do teachers use in the classroom? | Smartboards, laptops, iPads, printers, many more |
What are some specialized areas of teaching? | Art, band, music, dance, chorus, many more |
What is vocational teaching? | Teachers that prepare students for careers that require a specific set of skills rather than preparing them for bachelor's degrees. |
