Metabolism | Rate at which a body burns calories. |
Protein | Repairs and maintains the body; fish, meet, poultry, eggs, milk, cheese, beans; healthy blood cells; strengthens immune system. |
Nutrition | Process of consuming the foods you need for health and growth because your body breaks down and rebuild cells 24/7. |
Benefits of Good Nutrition | Keeps body strong and healthy; prevents diseases (#1); obesity, diabetes, cancer; boosts immune system; delay effects of aging. |
