Organ System A group of organs that work together to perform a major function in the body.
Pathogen An organism that causes diseases.
Antibody A protein produced by a B cell of the immune system that destroys pathogen.
Immunity The body's ability to destroy pathogens before they can causes disease.
Homeostasis The maintenance of stable internal conditions in an organism.
Stress The reaction of a person's body to potentially threatening, challenging, or disturbing evemts.
