TermDefinition
Line Segment A straight line that can be any length but must have two endpoints at the start and finish.
Lines A straight line that goes forever in both directions.
Rays A straight line that starts at an endpoint and goes forever shown by an arrow.
Parallel Lines Two straight lines, line segments, or rays that are the same distance from each other and will never intersect.
Intersecting Lines Two straight lines, line segments, or rays that meet at a point somewhere.
Perpendicular Lines Two straight lines, line segments, or rays that form 4 right angles where they intersect.
