What is the right drug? The right drug is verified by checking the physicians order sheet amd the nurses drug asministration form,drug Kardex or drug summary on the patients computer profile.
What is the biggestb error in pham?? The wrong dossage.
How many times should labels be checked? At least three times.
What is the right dose ? Accurate dosage strength is critical to beneficial drug administation. Giving the wrong strength particularly to children or infants, canbe and has been fatal.
The right route /dosage form.? in addition to ensuring that the right drug in the right strength has been selected, it is important to check and be sure that the drug is given by the right route in the right dosage form.
