Fair Minus (3-/5) Subject does not complete ROM against gravity, but does complete more than half of the range against gravity.
Fair (3/5) Subject completes ROM against gravity without manual resistance.
Fair Plus (3+/5) Subject completes ROM against gravity with only minimal resistance.
Good Minus (4-/5) Subject completes ROM against gravity with minimal-moderate resistance.
Good (4/5) Completes ROM against gravity with Mod resistance.
