Cell Wall rigid outer covering of plant cell that gives support
Cell membrane controls what goes in and out of the cell
Cytoplasm jelly like material that holds the organelles
Nucleus control center of the cell, gives the cell energy
Mitochondria powerhouse of the cell, gives the cell energy
Vacuole storage tank for food, water, and waste
Endoplasmic Reticulum tube like passage ways that transport proteins
Ribosome makes protein for the cell
Lysosome contains enzymes that break down food, and destroy viruses.
Golgi apparatus packages proteins to be transported out of the cell.
Chloroplasts contains chlorophyll and location of photosynthesis in plant cells.
