Scientific thinking notes

QuestionAnswer
What is the first step of the scientific method process? (What do you want to learn) State your problem. (Ex: Why do boats float?)
What is the second step of the scientific method process? (Find information about the topic) Do your research.
What is the third step of the scientific method process? (Predict and answer to the problem with an educated guess) Make a hypothesis.
What is the fourth step of the scientific method process? (List the steps that test your hypothesis) Do some procedures.
What is the fifth step of the scientific method process? (Gather the materials needed and follow the procedures.) Experiment.
What is the sixth step of the scientific method process? (Record the results (data) from the experiment and put it into a table.) Organize the data.
What is the seventh step of the scientific method process? (Think: Was your hypothesis correct?) The conclusion.
