Describe the difference between pure substances (e and c)and mixtures
Term | Definition |

pure substance | a sample of matter, a single element or a single compound that has definite chemical and physical properties |
Compound | a substances made up of atoms of two or more different elements joined by chemical bonds |
Molecule | the smallest unit of substances that keeps all of the physical and chemical joined by chemical bonds |
Chemical formula | a combination of chemical symbols and number to present a substance |
Subscript | all number written to the right and slightly below a chemical symbol to tell the number of atoms of that elements in the substance |
Mixture | a combination of two or more substances that are not chemically combined |
