Solubility The ability of a solid to dissolve into a liquid
Conductor Allows electric current or heat to flow through easily
Insulator Slows down or stops the flow of electric current or heat
Classify Group together based on similar traits
Boiling Point The temperature at which a substance changes states from a liquid to a gas (100°C)
Freezing Point The temperature at which a substance changes states from a liquid to a solid (0°C)
Melting Point The temperature at which a substance changes states from a solid to a liquid (0°C
Celcius Metric unit of measurement measuring temperature
Dissolving the process by which substances breakdown into small pieces and spread evenly in liquid (water)
Solution a type of mixture in which the particles of one or more substances are uniformly dispersed (spread out) throughout another substance

Mixture a combination of two or more substances that can be separated easily
