dominant a trait that covers over, or dominates, another form of trait
recessive discribes a trait that is covered by a dominant trait
punnet square a tool to predict the probability of certain traits for an offspring
genotype genetic makeup of an organism
phenotype a physical form and behavior of of an organism
homozygonus discribes an organism with two alleles that are the same
heterzygonus discribes an organism with two alleles that are different
