Elastic Potential Energy energy stored by something that can stretch or compress, such as a rubber band or spring

Gravitational Potential Energy energy stored by objects depends on the object's mas and height above the ground.
Mechanical Energy The total amount of potential and kinetic energy in a system and can be expressed by this equation Mechanical energy=potential energy+kinetic energy
Law of Conservation of Energy It states that energy cannot be created or destroy.
