Describe the difference between pure substance and mixtures

| Pure substance | A sample of matter, either a single or a single compound, that has definite chemical and phisical properties |
| Compound | A substance made of atoms of two or more different elements joined by chemical bonds |
| Molecule | The smallest unit of a substance that keeps all of the phisical and chemical properties of that substance |
| Chemical formula | A cononation of cjemical symbols and numbers to represent the substance |
| Subscript | Letter figure or symbol |
| Mixture | A combination of two or more sunstances that are not chemicaly combined |
