the seven simple machines

QuestionAnswer
Pulley Machine that uses grooves and a rope to raise,lower or moves loads
Screw An Inclined Plane wrapped around a pole whitch holds thinds together
Inclined Plane A slanting suface connecting a lower level to a higher level
Wheel and Axel A wheel with a rod called an axle though its center it lifts or moves loads
Wedge an object with at least one slanting side ending in a sharp edge which cuts materials apart
Gears toothed or pegged wheels mushed together to tranmit motion or force. The largger the Gear the slower it go's and the smaller the Gear the faster it go's
Levers a bar which lifts or moves loadsthat rest on a support called a fulcrum
