Descriptive Statistics Measures of central tendency (MoCT): sumarizes the data
Descriptive Statistics sumarizes the data using mean, median, mode/bimodal
Inferential Statistics Statistical significance T-test
Normal Curve Sometimes refered to as the bell curve
Normal Curve Scores symmetricaly, distributed around mean
Normal Curve median and mode are located on the same point as mean
Mean Add all the numbers and the divide by how many numbers you added
Median The midpoint of all the numbers in the data set arranged fom lowest to highest
Median When two in the middle: add them both and divide by two
Mode The number that appears most frequently
Standard Deviation A compound measure of how much scores can be found around mean score
Standard Deviation Square root of Variance
Z-Score Number of deviations from the mean
