Neutron A subatomic particle with a neutral "no" charge
Proton A subatomic particle with a positive charge
Atomic Number The number on top of an element on the periodic table
Atomic Symbol The symbol of an element
Subatomic Particle A particle smaller than an atom
Molecule Made of bonding atoms
Lewis Structures Diagrams that show the bonding between atoms and molecules
Matter Physical substance that occupies space and has a mass
Bohr Model A Scientist that discovered energy levels in an atom
Valence Electrons An electron found in the outer most shell
Electron Shell An orbit followed by electrons around an atom's nucleus
