What are the 2 types of suction hoses and what are they used for? Hard suction hose is used for drafting. Soft suction hose is used only to connect to a hydrant.

What are the two common diameters of single jacket discharge hose? 1-1/2 inch, and 2-1/2 inch
What are the two common diameters of double jacket discharge hose? 1-3/4 inch, and 2-1/2 inch

What is booster hose used for? Supply low gallon output water.
What are the two common sizes for booster hose? 3/4 and 1 inch

What is needed to move water through 2,000 or more feet of hose? Relay pumping

What are the lengths of ground ladders, and the lengths of aerial ladders? Ground ladders are 10-65'. Aerial ladders are 55-160'.
List the 5 types of ground ladder. 1. Attic ladder (10') 2. Baby extension ladder (10-14') 3. Straight ladder (12-30') 4. Roof ladder 5. Extension ladder (24-55')
What is the most common size extension ladder? 35'
What is the correct ladder placement angle? 70 Degrees.
