Cardio Kickboxing

How long ago can kickboxing be traced? 5000 years
What was kickboxing 5000 years ago? A form of martial arts.
A form of... Boxing, martial arts, and aerobics.
Pulse is found... On wrist or neck.
Heart Rate= count pulse for 15 sec., double, and then double that again.
Cardio Kickboxing is an... Intense full body workout.
Excellent workout for... Improving strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, and stress release.
Max heart rate= 220-Age (100% intensity, not recommended for a long period of time)
Target Heart Rate Zone"THR" (should be between...) 50-85% intensity
The warmup... Prepares your body for more rigorous exercise.
Warm, relaxed muscles are less likely to... Be strained or injured.
Cool down... Prevents dizziness and fainting, helps blood return to the heart, and may reduce muscle soreness.
