Quality of Work Life Relationship between employees and the total working enviroment

Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory There are certain factors in the work place that cause job satisfaction (Motivation Factors), while a separate set of factors cause dissatisfaction (Hygiene Factors)
360-Degree Review A performance evaluation system which shows how the employee realized the output.
Communication Process The sharing of meaningful information between two or more with the goal of the receiver understanding the senders intended message
Empowerment A management practice of sharing information, rewards, and power with employees so that they can take initiative and make decisions to solve problems and improper service and performance
Cross Functional Team A group of people with different functional expertise working toward a common goal.
Media Richness Describes communication by its ability to reproduce information that have been sent
Participative Manage "Consultative Management" A strategy of management used to encourage all employees to contribute towards organizational-goals, problem solving and other decisions directly affecting them
Management by Objective (MBO) A management system in which management and employees agree upon objectives of the organization to reach a common forward (future) goal.
Intrinsic Reward An intangible reward of recognition
Group Think Occurs within a group of a people that comes of with ideas
