Rhomboid Major O: spinous process of T2-T5 I: vertebral border of scapula below spine of scapula A: elevates, downwardly rotates, & ADD scapula
Rhomboid Minor O: spinous processes of C7-T1 I: vertebral border of scapula above spine of scapula A: elevates, downwardly rotates, & ADD scapula
Latissimus Dorsi O: T7-L5: iliac crest; ribs 8-12; inferior angle of scapula I: bicipital groove of humerus A: extends, ADD, & IR shoulder
Teres Major O: lower 1/3 of axillary border of scapula I: lesser tubercle; medial lip of bicipital groove of humerus A: shoulder ADD & internal rotation
Pectoralis Major O: medial 1/2 of clavicle; sternum, costochondral cartilage of ribs 2-6 I: greater tubercle; lateral lip of bicipital groove of humerus A: flexes, ADD, & internally rotates shoulder
Pectoralis Minor O: ribs 3-5 I: coracoid process A: tilts scapula anterior; downwardly rotates scapula
