memory it finds storage data that comes from chips
CPU is the hardware that is in a computer that get out the instructions of a computer program
chip a small piece of semiconducting material on which an integrated circuit is embedded
silicon a metal used to make electronic circuits.
primary storage main storage or memory
secondary storage additional storage
megabyte a unit of bytes
gigabyte a unit of information equal to one billion
sector an area of the economy in which businesses share
backup the procedure for making more copies of data in case the first one is lost or broken.
expansion card a circuit board that can be put in a computer to give extra facilities or memory
