matter; atoms; molecules

TermDefinition
Matter any type of material. Has mass and takes up space.
Atom It is the basic unit of a chemical element, and it is the smallest article of an element, and it cannot exist freely.
Molecules Are a group of atoms bonded together, and are several combination of atoms, and can exist freely.
Element These are made up from atoms and if they combine they become a compound.
compound These are made by elements combining.
pure substance a substance made up of one type of matter
mixture a substance made up of multiple types of matter has variation of compositions
heterogeneous a substance where the mixture is not evenly distributed
homogeneous mixture where particles are evenly distributed
