Physical Science Study of matter and energy; Chemistry and physics.
Scientific Method Series of steps followed to answer questions or solve problems.
Hypothesis Educated guess as to what will happen.
Variable Anything that is different or can be changed in an experiment.
Mass Amount of matter in something.
Volume The amount of space something takes up.
Metrics System of measurement based on the number 10.
SI Units "International System of Units"; Measurement standards that all scientists use for uniformity and equal measure.
Responsibility The sate of being the person who caused something; A duty or task that you are required or expected to do; Something you should do because it is morally right; legally required, etc.
Precision Exactness of measurement; how close together measurements are to each other.
Matter Anything that has mass or takes up space.
Density Mass compared to volume; How much matter something has compared to how much space it takes up
Accuracy How close the measurement is to what is accepted or what it should be.
Meter Standard metric measurement for length
Liter Standard metric measurement for volume.
