Humerus Uppermost and largest bone of the arm extending from the elbow to the shoulder
Ulna Inner and larger bone of the forearm attached to the wrist and located on the side of the little finger.
Radius Smaller bone in the forearm on the same side as the thumb
Carpus The wrist consists of 8 bones
Metacarpus Bones of the palm of the hand consists of 5 bones
Phalanges Bones of the fingers or toes also called digits
Femur heavy long bone that forms the upper leg
Tibia the larger of of the two bones in the lower leg it is on the big toe side of the leg
Fibula the smaller of the two bones in the lower leg on the little toe side of the leg
patella knee cap joint
talus ankle bone
tarsal bones of the ankle and upper foot 7 bones
metatarsal long slender bones of the foot 5 bones
Hamate largest bone of the wrist
Pisaform Smallest bone of the wrist
Calcaneus heel
Navicular bone on the top of the upper foot
cuboid largest of the four bones of the upper foot
cuneiforms 3 smaller bones that make up the upper foot
scapula shoulder blade
clavicle collar bone
Plantar surface sole of the foot
